Mission Statement

Cobalt Community Research is a 501c3 not-for-profit organization with a mission to provide research and educational tools that help local governments, schools and other not-for-profit organizations thrive as changes emerge in the economic, demographic and social landscape.

Background Information:

Cobalt Community Research was founded in November 2007 to help organizations better engage their stakeholders through high-quality cost-effective research. We partner with associations and leading-edge companies to help design research tools that are actionable and methodologically sound. Research tools available to local governments, schools and nonprofits include priority assessments, satisfaction surveys, benchmarking surveys, focus groups, custom surveys, and facilitated meetings using an interactive wireless audience response system. We form coalitions to conduct yearly studies to gather trends and best practices on topics helpful to the organizations we serve. These studies include the Health and OPEB Funding Strategies: National Survey of Local Governments.
